    Check in was very smooth and friendly, th ebest ice tea we've had in a very long time! No one asked us to pay on check in like many facilities we have been to :-) Breakfast was great, good options for all the 5 days we were there. The staff at the hotel are exeptional! Very kind, patient, helpful, friendly they bonded so well with our two year old daughter she is still talking about the hotel days after checking out :-) Different dinner options every day, the tepanyaki on our last night was a lovely surprise, chef Peter did an awesome job! Linda, John, Peter, Michael and all the waiting staff you really made our stay exceptional. On the first day there was a Governors' meeting at the hotel and the security was all over the pool making my wife and visibly some other guests at th epool area uncomfortable, we spoke to one of the Managers (tall dark gentleman) can't remember his name and in no time he requested the security guys to move and we had the pool area to ourselves again :-). We are definitley going back to Silver Palm!

    Great sea view and warm outdoor pool. Room was big enough and well equiped. Bed was huge and really comfortable.

    The resort totally exceeded my expectations. The rooms are well layed out, beautiful and well kept. The staff members are all very friendly and extremely organized. The resort offers good food and if you feel like treating youself I highly recommend the spa. The pool area is relaxing with an amazing view of the ocean and offers bar services. If you want to relax and completely rest this resort is the perfect choice.

    Inconsistant water pressure and temperature (not the end of the world). During the low season they host business conferences which could take some of the peaceful ambience away.
